Non-UK Shipping:

Trade Shipping:
All trade orders are shipped to UK addresses with a £15.00 charge. If product is available, trade orders are shipped on a next working day service.
Estimated Delivery Times:
We do our best to ensure all product arrives as indicated at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination and other factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and carrier delays.
Order Processing:
Orders are processed and shipped between 8am and 12pm, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Information:
If your delivery is being made by a service with tracking details. You will be supplied with tracking information following dispatch.
Returned and Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed by the recipient, a reshipment fee will be charged to the customer to cover the cost of reshipping the order.
